The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your engagement and general use of balansly.online (the "Site"). By utilizing this platform to submit balance metrics, you accept this legal framework in full. If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

1. Definition of Services

Valansly Advisory Group provides general metrics presentation, educational publications, and private balance sheet intake mechanisms. Actual engagement parameters are established only through a separate, signed Corporate Engagement SLA containing isolated liability clauses.

2. Acceptable Platform Access

Corporate users agree not to distribute malicious software or structural injections via our portal. All submissions must represent real business parameters. Attempting to disrupt our analytics architecture or submit fraudulent information is strictly prohibited.

3. IP Protection

All structured methodology formulas, written insights, graphics, and the Valansly brand elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Valansly. No replication is permitted without express written consent from our Board of Directors.

4. No Investment advisory Warning (Disclaimers)

All insights published on this Site are aimed at general business discussion. They do not constitute formal investment advices, securities brokering, or legal accounting requirements. Valansly accepts no accountability for actions executed or assets changed based solely on written publications.

5. Applicable Jurisdiction

These terms are governed under the federal laws of Canada and the provincial laws of Toronto, Ontario. Any arising litigation shall be resolved exclusively within the competent corporate courts of Toronto.
